Serea Yachting — Private Proposal

Croatia, 2027. A new coastline for the Bertrand Family.

Three summers on Caner IV gave us a rhythm we all know well. This year, we go looking for a new one — Split to Dubrovnik, five motor sailing yachts shortlisted for your review.

Arrival: Split (SPU)  ·  Departure: Dubrovnik (south route) or Zadar (north route), depending on the boat and week  ·  exact routing confirmed once a boat is selected.

The Brief

Five motor sailing yachts, one common homeport
All five boats below are based out of Split — we can explore south towards Dubrovnik, or north towards Zadar. Every one comfortably sleeps a group of 12.

What we're weighing this against

  • Your week onboard Caner in 2026 came to €70,000 without tip — €43,500 charter fee + €8,700 VAT + €17,885 APA.
  • Split to Dubrovnik tends to spend more time in port in the evenings than our Turkish itineraries — more onshore dining, more time discovering the islands on foot. Worth flagging as a real difference in rhythm, not just a change of scenery.
  • None of these crews know the family yet the way Okan and the Caner team do. Worth choosing a boat we'd be glad to return to and build that same continuity with.

Why this one

The value pick. If price matters more this year, she should be in the running. Worth knowing going in, though: she's the smallest and oldest boat on this list, so after Caner IV she'll feel like a step down in space and finish — a fair trade for the savings, but a real one.

The waters

Split to Dubrovnik, or north toward Zadar

South is livelier and more crowded — Split, Hvar, Korčula, on to Dubrovnik. North is quieter and more nature-oriented, toward the Kornati islands and Zadar. All five boats work the southern route; routing can shift once a boat is chosen.

Exact day-by-day routing will follow once we've narrowed the shortlist together.
